**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, including:
* Responding to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers feel valued and heard.
* Resolving customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, including refunds, replacement products, or other solutions.
* Following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and that they are satisfied with the outcome.
* Using available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers, staying up-to-date on the latest information to provide accurate answers.
* Identifying and escalating priority issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
* Meeting daily and weekly performance metrics, including metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution times.
* Providing feedback to management on customer concerns, trends, and issues to help us continually improve our products and services.
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business) preferred.
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
