**Job Summary**
As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for working collaboratively with our team of data scientists and analysts to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement. You'll have the opportunity to work with complex data sets, develop new skills, and contribute to the development of arenaflex's data analytics capabilities.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **30%**: Execute existing reporting and analytical tasks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights to stakeholders.
* **20%**: Utilize data analysis tools to create new dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests, driving business decision-making and improvement.
* **20%**: Ensure the quality of work output by demonstrating a keen attention to detail, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements.
* **20%**: Foster additional technical skills and domain expertise within the team, contributing to the development of arenaflex's data analytics capabilities.
* **10%**: Present findings in a clear and actionable manner, focusing on how data analysis contributes to the overall business strategy.
**Direct Supervision and Reporting**
This position reports to a Senior Manager and has no direct reports.
**Travel Requirements**
Occasional travel under 10% of the time may be required.
**Physical Requirements**
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, with opportunities to move about. Occasionally, there may be a need to move or lift light objects.
**Working Conditions**
Located in a comfortable indoor environment, with rare exposure to unpleasant conditions.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as software engineering, mathematics, computer science, or economics.
* 3 years of work experience in data mining, statistical analysis, evaluation, or estimation.
* Strong understanding of data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL Server, Teradata, or equivalent data set frameworks.
* Experience working with large data sets, developing data visualizations, and creating data-driven stories.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a quantitative field.
* Experience working with machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, or other advanced data analysis techniques.
* Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques, including Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
* Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
