**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Data Analytics Developer, you will be responsible for:
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams across Customer Experience to understand evolving requirements and deliver impactful solutions
* Building, automating, and refactoring robust, scalable data pipelines and datasets
* Troubleshooting complex issues throughout the data lifecycle and implementing effective solutions
* Engaging proactively with stakeholders to ensure relevant and accurate delivery of business requirements
* Creating new workflow processes, associated monitoring, and alerts
* Providing training and guidance to team members and partners on data analytics best practices
* Developing and maintaining technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and collaboration
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or a related field
* Proficiency in data architecture, data modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Tableau, Power BI)
