Our team of experienced professionals is passionate about delivering exceptional service and support, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to join our team. **Key Responsibilities** As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their product and service-related inquiries, and building long-term relationships with our clients. Your key responsibilities will include: * Delivering consistent, high-quality service to internal and external customers and maintaining strict confidentiality in all matters. * Completing training and testing to obtain and maintain state Property & Casualty License (if not currently licensed). * Processing personal line changes and endorsements. * Conferencing with customers and potential customers to obtain complete and accurate information to be used to prepare quotes. * Accessing carrier websites to input, update client information. * Promptly and successfully completing all compliance training as determined by the compliance department. * Serving as a point of contact for policyholders to obtain information regarding policies, beneficiaries, etc. * Receiving and processing customer payments. * Interviewing prospective customers to obtain data about their needs and reviewing any existing coverage. * Assisting group coverage clients in understanding and implementing employee group policies. * Communicating with existing policyholders to review changing needs and suggest changes in policies. Developing long-term relationships with clients and underwriters. * Assisting policyholders in the event of a claim. Monitoring claims to ensure they are settled timely and equitably for both the client and company. * Attending department and company meetings/training, which may be outside of regularly scheduled work hours. * Performing any other related duties as required or assigned. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: * Excellent customer service skills. * Ability to multi-task. * Friendly and willing to provide assistance to others. * Ability to cope in a fast-paced job environment. * Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Willingness to learn new skills and ability to adjust to changes quickly. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, primarily Excel and Outlook. * Familiarity with insurance terminology, conditions, and general processes. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or currently pursuing preferred. * Current P & C insurance license or become licensed within 6 months. * Current Life & Health insurance license or become licensed within 6 months. **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a team environment. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
