* Collaborating with team members to facilitate seamless transitions for clients to the new application system
* Working flexible shifts as per project requirements, with options including 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM (EST)
**Required Skills**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills:
* **Typing Proficiency**: Fast and accurate typing abilities (over 40 WPM)
* **Language Skills**: Strong command of English; bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous
