**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist (Typist) - Remote Application Administrator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth transition of our clients to our new application. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Efficiently managing data entry tasks with precision and speed (minimum of 40 words per minute)
* Demonstrating proficiency in English language skills; bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
* Utilizing Word and Excel effectively for administrative tasks
* Previous experience in tier 1 helpdesk support and triage is advantageous
* Contributing to building tools to migrate organizations, accounts, users, and select Orders components as part of our Beacon-to-Link migration project
* Manual organization and user building in Link, supporting our development team's efforts
* Collaborating with end-users to assist them in setting up their organization and user credentials
**Additional Details**
As part of our Beacon-to-Link migration project, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our development team to build tools that will migrate organizations, accounts, users, and select Orders components. This role involves manual organization and user building in Link, supporting our development team's efforts. You'll also have the chance to collaborate with end-users to assist them in setting up their organization and user credentials.
**Work Schedule**
Shifts will vary between 8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, and 11AM-8PM EST to accommodate divisional support needs. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, and we'll provide you with the necessary tools and support to ensure your success.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
