**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist (Typist) at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Accurately inputting data into our QuickClaim system using a consistent stream of images
* Identifying and categorizing documents based on the provided documentation
* Ensuring entered data meets or surpasses established quality standards
* Upholding the confidentiality of all Personal Health Information (PHI) in strict compliance with HIPAA regulations
* Collaborating professionally with team members as necessary
* Proposing enhancements to optimize job processes
* Completing all daily tasks effectively
* Undertaking additional basic office duties as assigned
**Required Skills**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies:
* Highly self-motivated with a robust work ethic
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
* Exceptional attention to detail and focus
* Quick learner capable of following a variety of instructions
* Dedication to maintaining the confidentiality of client data
* Proficient in both reading and speaking English
* Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with 95% accuracy or 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy
**Qualifications**

**Compensation and Benefits**
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
* Pay: $12 per hour
* Availability: Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with a preference for full-time candidates, requiring a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week
* Shifts: Opportunities available from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday
