**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, your daily activities will include:
- Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and their members
- Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
- Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and tasks
- Participating in quality control initiatives to ensure exceptional service standards
- Contributing to leadership development through ongoing training and feedback
- Interacting effectively with all levels of management and employees to foster a collaborative work environment
**Essential Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- Good verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and their members
- Excellent customer relation and communication skills to build strong relationships and resolve issues
- An upbeat and positive attitude with great energy to drive customer satisfaction
- The ability to interact effectively with people and groups, maintaining good customer relations
- Customer Service and/or Customer Sales experience is preferred, but not required
- The capacity to interact effectively with all levels of management and employees
- A team player mentality to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment
- Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada
