**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting and entering data into our database, conducting online surveys and focus groups, and participating in product testing and research trials. This is a remote work opportunity that allows you to work from home and choose your own hours.
**Responsibilities:**
* Collect and enter data into our database using a computer or mobile device
* Conduct online surveys and focus groups, and participate in product testing and research trials
* Use Microsoft Word or Excel to keep yourself organized and track your progress
* Communicate with our team and clients via email and phone
* Meet productivity and quality standards for data entry and research participation
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve your skills and knowledge
**Requirements:**
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Current USA resident
* Speak, read, and understand English; Spanish a plus
* Able to focus and follow through on tasks and projects
* Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
* Microsoft Word or Excel helpful but not mandatory
* Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
* Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support helpful but not mandatory
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with data entry software and online survey tools
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
**Pay and Benefits:**
* Up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions
* Up to $3,000 per multi-session research study
