**What You'll Do**
As a Work From Home Principal Communications Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* **Strategic Communications Creation**: Develop and implement strategic communications plans that engage agents, leaders, and customers, and meet stakeholder needs on large, complex initiatives and short-term, urgent issues.
* **Subject Matter Expertise**: Act as a subject matter expert for communications initiatives, working with various partners to understand performance support needs and make recommendations for support.
* **Strategic Insights**: Monitor key performance indicators to develop actionable insights, best practices, and campaign strategies.
* **Storytelling**: Utilize your expertise in storytelling to tell a comprehensive and compelling story through verbal and written communication.
* **Experience Design**: Partner to develop the tools and processes that will best meet our agent and business needs.
* **Process**: Contribute to the processes established to develop agent messaging and deliver communication materials.
* **Measurement**: Monitor, track, and report on content performance, as well as analyze content and campaigns to translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for improvements.

**Basic Qualifications**

* **Experience**: At least 3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or technical writing.
