We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Examination, Content Development team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions, leveraging data to identify new opportunities and optimize our content portfolio. **Key Responsibilities**
* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
* Analyze customer behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped customer needs and new content opportunities
* Forecast content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
* Enhance our content launch and episode release strategy
* Test marketing campaigns to optimize engagement and retention
* Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
* Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
* Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
* At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and AI techniques
* Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
