**Job Description:**
As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be part of our Data Analysis team, responsible for providing critical insights to support business decisions across the organization. You'll work closely with our upstream partners to ensure accurate delivery of membership change notifications, including price increases, subscriber agreements, and new data collection. Your primary objective will be to identify subscribers impacted by episodes requiring important and lawful remediations, ensuring that our customers receive the discounts they deserve.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage data and document requirements related to subscriber notifications, including price increases, subscriber agreements, and new data collection, as well as episode remediation to ensure that the right customers receive discounts when required.
* Develop queries based on required business logic, sometimes legally binding, to determine precise subscribers for notifications and remediation.
* Communicate business requirements to technical teams and provide concise summaries of technical progress or potential detours to business partners.
* Develop a solid understanding of subscriber data and the technical framework that underlies subscriber information.
* Oversee project planning and timelines and manage cross-functional delivery to ensure readiness for significant business events.
* Drive alignment across Data, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of strong communication processes and functional playbooks.
* Collaborate with Data Products and Data Quality Engineering to contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data incidents.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of work experience in SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline.
* 2+ years of analytical experience.
* Proven ability to communicate technical or analytical ideas to a wide range of audiences.
* Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages.
* Familiarity with data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc.
* Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
**Good To Haves:**
* Understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis).
* Postgraduate education.
* Knowledge of Wind current.
