We're seeking an experienced and licensed insurance customer service representative to join our team in Arizona. As a remote customer service representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our clients' customers with their insurance policies, providing exceptional service, and resolving any issues that may arise.

**Job Summary**
As an experienced full stack insurance customer service representative, you'll be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing calls regarding customers' insurance policies. You'll assist customers with questions regarding policy coverage, billing, and policy modifications. You'll also have the opportunity to grow within the company and develop your skills and knowledge in the insurance industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Receive, review, and process calls regarding customers' insurance policies
* Assist customers with questions regarding policy coverage, billing, and policy modifications
* Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer experience
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in insurance regulations
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
* Must have a valid Arizona insurance license (arenaflex will provide training and support to obtain the license)
* Must have at least 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field
* Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and priorities
* Must be able to pass a background check and credit check
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of experience in insurance customer service
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Certification in customer service or a related field

* Must be comfortable with being on web camera during training and production
