**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Software Engineer – Web & Cloud Application Development at arenaflex, you'll lead a team of engineers while making key decisions that impact a broad range of cross-functional partners. Your role will remain technically hands-on, involving close work with code, technical details, and data. You'll contribute to architectural planning, code reviews, and risk assessments, and collaborate with various teams across software, services, and AI/ML.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead a team of engineers in the development of web and cloud-based applications, making key decisions that impact cross-functional partners
* Contribute to architectural planning, code reviews, and risk assessments to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions
* Collaborate with various teams across software, services, and AI/ML to drive technical innovation and solve complex problems
* Represent your team and technology in cross-functional meetings, discussing bugs and technical challenges in-depth
* Help define requirements and objectives for cross-functional software projects, creating a multi-year roadmap and leading the design and execution phases of software development
* Oversee the work of some of the brightest engineers in the industry, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
**Minimum Qualifications**
* Strong understanding of operating systems fundamentals and mobile device support constraints
* Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional projects, managing partnerships while staying hands-on technically
* Clear decision-making based on data rather than intuition
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
* Enthusiasm for working in a diverse, global team, fostering collaboration, and supporting your engineers
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 2+ years of engineering management experience
* Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent
* Experience with API development and working with API consumers
