We're seeking an experienced and highly-skilled Senior Technical Designer to join our team at arenaflex. As a Senior Technical Designer, you'll play a critical role in creating an ambitious, multi-platform AAA game that showcases arenaflex's commitment to innovation and excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**
As a Senior Technical Designer at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:
* Leverage your Unreal Engine expertise to guide and mentor other designers, helping to enhance the technical proficiency and rigor of the design team.
* Proactively identify and implement workflow and tool improvements, ensuring that our design team is equipped with the best tools and processes to deliver exceptional results.
* Troubleshoot design challenges and deliver practical, creative solutions that meet the needs of our users.
* Develop robust, maintainable content and features in Unreal Engine/Blueprint, using your expertise to create engaging and immersive experiences.
* Write design specifications, review them with stakeholders, and make data-driven adjustments to ensure that our designs meet the needs of our users.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our designs are aligned with arenaflex's overall vision and strategy.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* In-depth knowledge of Unreal Engine (especially Blueprint, UMG, Animation Blueprint, and gameplay systems).
* Strong understanding of 3D math fundamentals.
* Proficient in programming with C++.
* 2+ years of experience in a technical design role.
* Shipped at least one title using Unreal Engine.
* Experience with multiplayer game development.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Passion for designing, building, and delivering video games.
**Preferred Skills**
While not required, the following skills are highly desirable:
* Programming experience with Python, C#, and/or Lua.
* Artistic and animation skills for early gameplay prototyping (e.g., the ability to model, rig, and animate simple placeholder assets).
