**Key Responsibilities**
As a technical program manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with a team of designers and organizers to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC)
* Working with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and execute end-to-end research that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing benchmarking, and presentations
* Planning and automating metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
* Driving process improvement through data analysis, envisioning, and making business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying, and following up on opportunities to move forward
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, business administration)
* At least 4 years of experience in technical program management or a related field
* 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on cross-functional or cross-organizational projects
* Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting software and managing data collections using SQL
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
* 3 years of experience in leading large, cross-functional projects involving a diverse range of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
* Experience in technical program/project management roles, with a focus on driving process improvement and innovation
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
* Experience in identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals
