Your expertise will help our members navigate the complexities of various insurance plan types, including Commercial, Individual Products, HIX, and Government Plans (Medicaid/Medicare). You'll also be responsible for: **Key Responsibilities:** * **Phone Skills:** + Receive and respond to member inquiries via inbound calls using NICE inContact - Max Agent. + Make outbound calls to members, vendors, and other departments. + Follow established call flow processes for member interactions. + Understand and apply protocols for using the language line for effective communication. * **Eligibility and Enrollment:** + Verify member status, including ID numbers and personal information, using Salesforce, CSC, and QNXT. + Confirm member eligibility and plan effective dates. + Manage member correspondence, including sending plan documents and updating demographics. * **Additional Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and concerns. + Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and industry developments to ensure compliance and accuracy. + Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge. **Essential Qualifications:** * 2+ years of experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role. * Strong understanding of various insurance plan types, including Commercial, Individual Products, HIX, and Government Plans (Medicaid/Medicare). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Proficiency in using Salesforce, CSC, and QNXT. * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a remote-based organization. * Familiarity with NICE inContact - Max Agent. * Certification in customer service or healthcare-related field (e.g., CCM, CPC, or CHAA). * Bilingual or multilingual skills. **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Excellent active listening and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and software applications. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
