**Job Summary**
As a Healthcare Scheduler/Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for scheduling in-home health assessments for our members, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting daily goals. You will work in a fast-paced remote call center environment, using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with our members. This is a temporary opportunity with a duration of 4 months, and we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Schedule in-home health assessments for our members, using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with our members
* Make outbound calls to 150-250 members per day, using a script or scripts to encourage members to accept the visit and enticing them to agree to a free benefit provider by their healthcare provider in the comfort of their home
* Communicate effectively with different departments via Webex, Outlook, and other tools
* Use Google Chrome and Google Maps to verify member eligibility and schedule appointments
* Multitask through various insurance portals to verify member eligibility and respond to emails and corrections in a timely manner
* Meet daily goals, including scheduling 1-2 visits per hour and maintaining a QA score of 95% or higher
* Maintain attendance for the first 90 days of employment and meet productivity standards, including making 100-200 outbound calls when manually dialing
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, call center, and scheduling
* Strong customer service background and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft products, including Outlook and Google Chrome
* Sales experience and ability to meet daily goals
* Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bilingual (Spanish or other languages)
* Experience working in a healthcare setting or with healthcare-related products
* Strong knowledge of Google Maps and other mapping tools
* Experience using Webex and other collaboration tools
