As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and building long-term relationships with our members. Our comprehensive six-month training program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in this role. You'll receive hands-on training, e-learning modules, and instructor-led guidance to support our membership independently. We also pay for all licensing costs, ensuring you have the necessary credentials to excel in this position. Our in-office development program provides the training you need to create a proactive and independent support style to service our membership. After six months in-office, you'll have the opportunity to work from home two days a week, with flexible scheduling options ranging from 12:00pm EST to 11:00pm EST. We offer a shift differential of 15% for hours worked after 6:00pm EST and any hours worked on Saturday or Sunday. **What You'll Do** As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Facilitating the Property & Casualty member experience by handling inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, or other contacts from members * Applying developing knowledge of personal lines' insurance to assist members with foundational to moderately complex quotes, binding new business, rating, policy, billing, payment, underwriting, contract, and coverage provisions, and premium changes for insurance products and services * Identifying, evaluating, and understanding member needs to consistently provide complete and accurate advice and solutions for insurance products and services * Efficiently operating in a contact center environment and navigating multiple systems and programs while maintaining an engaging member interaction that may occur across multiple channels * Maintaining required Property & Casualty license and state registrations * Ensuring risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures **What You Have** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or GED equivalent * The ability to provide exceptional customer service for our members by communicating clearly and professionally by phone, and email to process information related to insurance products * The ability to prioritize and multi-task, while navigating through multiple business applications * The ability to apply knowledge and understanding of insurance regulatory and compliance requirements **What Sets You Apart** We're looking for candidates with: * 1 year of customer contact experience in a needs-based sales environment * 6 months experience frequently communicating (minimum 60 percent of the time) with customers by phone, e-mail, and/or face-to-face * US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner **Salary and Benefits** The hiring range for this position is $45,010 - $47,010. arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Competitive salary and bonus structure * Comprehensive health insurance * 401(k) matching program * Paid time off and holidays * Professional development opportunities * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
