As a Level 1 Chat Support Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a positive support experience. This role is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills, a desire to help others, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Responsibilities** As a Level 1 Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Assisting customers with processing payments and billing issues, account access issues, modifying plans and add-ons, processing cancellations and refunds, updating account information, and questions about different pricing plans available to customers * Handling 2-3 concurrent live chats, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries * Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns to senior support agents when necessary * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including chat logs and issue resolutions * Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge * Contributing to the development of knowledge base articles and other support resources to improve customer self-service capabilities **Essential Qualifications** To succeed as a Level 1 Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll need: * Over 3 years of level 1 chat support experience handling billing and account-related queries * Experience with help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk * Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner * Experience supporting customers using WordPress (nice to have) **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be advantageous: * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management principles * Knowledge of technical support principles and best practices * Experience working with a remote team and collaborating with colleagues across different time zones **Attitude and Skills** To thrive in this role, you'll need: * A strong team player with a supportive and friendly attitude, who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences * A proactive and can-do approach to work, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike * A genuine enthusiasm for helping people solve their problems and a commitment to customer satisfaction * A passion for continuous learning and self-improvement, with a desire to grow and develop your skills and knowledge **Additional Information** As a Level 1 Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you can expect: * A fully remote work arrangement, with a standard 40-hour fixed-schedule work week * Paid training and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge * Equipment provided, including a high-performance computer and necessary software tools * A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and other perks * A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications **Company Culture** At arenaflex, we prioritize the well-being of our team members, with a focus on work-life balance and a respectful work environment.
