**Position Overview**
We're seeking an experienced Level 1 Chat Support Agent to join our remote team, where you'll play a vital role in assisting customers through live chat, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive support experience. **Responsibilities**
As a Level 1 Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Helping customers with processing payments and billing issues, account access issues, modifying plans and add-ons, processing cancellations and refunds, updating account information, and questions about different pricing plans available to customers
* Handling 2-3 concurrent live chats, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries
* Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support experiences
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed support
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Skills & Experience**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Over 3 years of level 1 chat support experience handling billing and account-related queries
* Experience with help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk
* Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Experience supporting customers using WordPress (nice to have)
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* A proactive and can-do approach to work, with a passion for continuous learning and self-improvement

**Additional Information**
