**Job Summary**
As a Licensed Pharmacy Technician & Customer Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer calls made to our 1-800-SHOP-CVS line in a manner that is reflective of arenaflex's purpose and values. You will serve as a customer advocate, researching, responding, and interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valuable pharmacy customers. You will also collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner.
**Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer calls made to our 1-800-SHOP-CVS line in a manner that is reflective of arenaflex's purpose and values.
* Serve as a customer advocate, researching, responding, and interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valuable pharmacy customers.
* Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner.
* Review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, and respond to customers either on the phone or via written communications.
* Provide exceptional customer service, upholding arenaflex's goals of delivery through the execution of our Heart At Work Behaviors.
**Requirements**
* Resident of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont due to regulatory and licensing compliance.
* Possess or able to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in state of residence prior to start date.
* 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment.
* Proficient to advanced PC skills required, including MS Windows-based applications.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Call Center experience is highly desired with a focus on excellence in service delivery.
* Bilingual Spanish.
**Education**
* Verifiable High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $31.30 per hour. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
