**Job Summary**
As a Manager, Commercial Customer Success for General Contractors, you'll lead a high-performing team of Customer Success Engineers in delivering exceptional value to our General Contractor customers. You'll partner with leadership to create strategic plans, set goals, and drive adoption while providing a world-class customer experience. Your expertise will be instrumental in scaling our customer success team, evolving our processes, and contributing to arenaflex's revenue growth and profitability.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Oversee a team of high-performing Customer Success Engineers in delivering data-driven recommendations to customers on optimizing the value of arenaflex's software, based on customer analytics and industry best practices.
* Manage key performance indicators (KPIs), milestones, and long-term goals that support arenaflex's overall strategic objectives for revenue growth, gross and operating margins.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with various partnering teams, leadership, and executives to drive customer success and revenue growth.
* Develop and implement strategies that create a learning environment, attract and retain top performers, reduce time to proficiency, and scale the team.
* Support the development of leaders reporting to you by providing coaching and career development opportunities.
* Create and foster a company-wide culture of Customer Success across the organization (Marketing, Product, Sales, Finance, Executive).
* Up to 25% travel to client sites, industry events, and other arenaflex offices.
**What We're Looking For**
* 5+ years of construction industry experience managing a team of General Contractors.
* Understanding of business metrics with the knowledge of how to modify strategic plans to deliver against targets; proven track record of delivering results for the business.
* Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models with experience managing or working within revenue-focused teams.
* Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
* Influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
* Empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth.
* Analytical and process-oriented mindset with a desire for continuous learning and improvement.
* Understanding of the construction industry across different verticals (general contracting, subcontracting, real estate development, etc.) is a plus.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Proven track record of delivering results in a customer-facing role, with a focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in developing and leading high-performing teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in using CRM software and other customer success tools.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Experience working in the construction industry, with a focus on General Contractors.
* Certification in a related field, such as construction management or project management.
* Experience in using arenaflex's software solutions or similar construction management software.
