**Job Description**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative II, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our internal and external customers, processing financial transactions with attention to detail and a high level of quality. You'll work in a team environment, prioritizing tasks to meet daily deadlines and seeking to learn and implement process improvement best practices.
**Essential Functions**
* Respond to customer calls related to financial inquiries and technical assistance requests.
* Utilize case tracking systems to track and follow up on customer inquiries.
* Execute transactions in accordance with instructions from internal and external customers.
* Process audit confirmations and/or calculate leasing contract buyouts.
* Complete specialized customer-specific reporting.
* Resolve problems in accordance with established expectations.
* Serve as "Mission Critical Personnel" for business continuity and reduced staffing scenarios.
* Support two or more of the products and services provided by arenaflex.
**Education**
* High school diploma or GED required.
**Work Experience**
* 2 years of experience, preferably in banking or financial services, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
**Physical Exertion Details**
* Sedentary exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
* Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
**Travel Requirement Details**
* Occasional travel occurs infrequently (typically, once a month or less).
