Experienced Medical Biller (1099 Contractor)Remote | United States Only Pacific Medical Revenue is seeking an experienced Medical Biller to join our growing revenue cycle management team. This is a remote 1099 contractor position supporting physician practices and ambulatory surgery centers across the United States. We are not seeking entry level candidates. Applicants must have recent, hands on medical billing experience and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. About Us Pacific Medical Revenue is a full service revenue cycle management company providing medical billing, coding, credentialing, consulting, prior authorization, and revenue optimization services for healthcare providers nationwide. Our specialties include: • Pain Management • Spine • Orthopedics • Anesthesia • OB/GYN • Cardiology • Ambulatory Surgery Centers • Pathology Responsibilities • Claim submission and claim correction • Insurance follow up • Denial management and appeals • Payment posting • Accounts receivable follow up • Resolution of claim edits and rejections • Review of EOBs and payer correspondence • Identification of reimbursement issues and trends • Collaboration with internal billing and management teams Required Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of recent medical billing experience • Experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers • Strong understanding of claim processing and denial resolution • Experience managing accounts receivable • Ability to work independently and prioritize workload • Excellent written communication skills • Must reside in the United States Preferred Qualifications • eClinicalWorks experience strongly preferred • CareCloud experience preferred • Pain Management or Spine billing experience preferred • Ambulatory Surgery Center billing experience a plus • Credentialing experience a plus Compensation Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
