* Receiving and posting payments to customer accounts, maintaining accurate records and status updates
* Advising and following up with customers on unpaid accounts, providing clear communication and resolving issues efficiently
* Maintaining accurate records and status updates of customer medical accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in medical collections and customer service
**Key Qualifications**

* Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or collections environment
