**Responsibilities**
As a Member Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, answering their questions, and helping them navigate our financial products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Learning about our members and understanding their financial situations
* Educating members on the ways we can help them afford life
* Providing meaningful, careful, focused, and ethical product solutions
* Processing transactions like transfers and payments with courtesy and professionalism
* Performing advanced transactions like IRAs, CDs, open accounts, wire transfers, and handling disputes
* Growing with us by immersing in financial industry trends, products, services, and technological advances
* Sharing knowledge on effective practices, competitive intelligence, and business opportunities
* Standing shoulder-to-shoulder with our members and teammates
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
* Authenticity and a passion for helping others
* A desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
* Understanding of financial products and services
* Comfort and confidence in recommending and processing financial products
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

* Multilingual capabilities, with Spanish highly preferred
* Ability to lift files and stand for long periods of time
