At arenaflex, we're passionate about building a motivating and positive work environment, even in a remote setting. **Job Summary** As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be a key member of our customer support team, delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping to unveil the mystery of finding and enrolling in health insurance. You'll be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies. If you're a self-driven, success-oriented individual with a passion for customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Inbound and outbound calls to deliver an exceptional customer experience * Managing customer accounts and providing technical support * Application data entry and online chat inquiries as assigned * Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies * Creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues * Flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates * Time and task management (multitasking and task prioritization) * Extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications * Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * 18 years of age or older * Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s * Dedicated, private, and secure workspace * Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period * Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period * Complete a background check and health screening * Cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired Ethernet connection is required * NOT compatible: mobile internet service providers and satellite **Qualifications** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * Moderate to advanced computer skills * High level of comfort learning new technology * High level of professionalism * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Comfortable working from home * Self-motivated and success-driven **Preferred Experience** While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, is highly desirable.
