**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via email, chat, and phone

* Document customer interactions and update support tickets in the CRM system
* Assist customers with order processing, billing inquiries, and account management

**Essential Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, help desk, or a related field
