**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming and conducting outbound calls professionally, providing accurate information about products or services, and resolving customer inquiries promptly
* Utilizing computer systems to track, gather information, and troubleshoot customer inquiries, ensuring seamless communication and resolution
* Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of productivity and attention to detail
* Analyzing customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services

**Essential Qualifications**

* 3+ years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in the healthcare industry
* Proficiency in English, with bilingual abilities in Spanish a plus
* Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle various types of customers and situations
* Familiarity with medical terminology, data entry, and computerized systems
* Experience with outbound phone software, such as Genesis and Salesforce
* Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 8:00am - 8:00pm EST, with rotational schedules
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Prior experience in a medical office setting or pharmacy environment
* Multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, to support diverse customer interactions
* Knowledge of medical insurance, reimbursement, and order shipping processes
* Experience with HIPAA and pharmacy software
