**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Remote Inside Sales / Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling sales calls and converting them into scheduled cleaning services, constantly striving to meet weekly sales targets
* Building and maintaining sales funnels to maximize conversion rates
* Overseeing initial cleanings to ensure smooth operations
* Following up with clients post-cleaning to convert one-time clients into repeat customers, resolving any issues with top-notch customer service
* Ensuring client satisfaction through phone, text, and email communication
* Conducting digital marketing projects to boost lead volume, online bookings, and conversion rates
* Producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports and statistics
* Scheduling and supporting Employee Engagement Manager when needed
* Embracing the integration of AI technology into our sales and marketing processes
