**Responsibilities**
As a Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:
* Working remotely from your home office, equipped with the necessary computer and equipment to succeed in this role
* Supporting our field's peak season, which starts building around February
* Managing the customer relationship to ensure best-in-class service
* Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
* Assisting customers by offering remedies to retain business
* Using gamification tools to measure performance and increase engagement virtually
* Working a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays to ensure consistent support for our customers

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* High School/GED
* 1-2 years of customer service experience, either within or outside a call center
* Completion of a Culture Index assessment
* Verification of internet speed
* Ability to pass a computer assessment
* Ability to pass a background and drug screen
* Appropriate workspace in your home, private/semiprivate home-office space free of distractions and background noise
* A workspace with adequate furnishings (e.g., a desk and chair) and lighting
* Minimum of 50 mbps download/20 mbps upload or higher, high-speed internet connection with the ability to hard wire directly to a modem
