**Job Summary**
As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with leaders at our Enterprise and mid-market merchant customers. You'll work closely with our internal partners to understand our customers' businesses and needs, identify opportunities to deepen and expand their business with arenaflex, and ensure overall satisfaction. This is a fast-paced role that requires incredible collaboration, strong communication skills, and a results-driven approach.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders at Enterprise and mid-market merchant customers
* Understand customers' businesses and needs, and identify opportunities to deepen and expand their business with arenaflex
* Develop and execute customized success plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with internal partners to drive initiatives forward and ensure seamless customer experiences
* Provide detailed feedback from merchants to our internal partners to inform product development and business strategy
* Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
* Identify and mitigate potential customer churn, and develop strategies to retain and grow existing customer relationships
**Essential Qualifications**
* 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or sales-related capacity
* Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal partners
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and identify trends and opportunities for growth
* Experience working with Enterprise and mid-market customers, preferably in a finance or technology-related industry
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or computer science
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with arenaflex's products and services, or a similar finance or technology-related company
* Certification in a related field, such as sales or customer success
* Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
* Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, and experience working with financial data
* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and identify trends and opportunities for growth

* Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
