**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Handling inbound calls for dealership clients, providing top-notch customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor while assisting customers, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
* Working effectively in a team-based environment to achieve common goals, collaborating with colleagues to drive results and exceed expectations.
* Scheduling service appointments and addressing basic inquiries, providing accurate and timely information to customers.
* Updating and managing customer and vehicle information accurately, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
* Resolving customer concerns to meet dealership and manufacturer standards, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
* Conducting outbound calls using pre-designed scripts for service/sales follow-up, driving sales and revenue growth for our clients.
* Complying with company policies related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
