As a Web Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via web chat in a timely and professional manner

* Productivity: Meet or exceed productivity targets, including the number of chats handled and the average handling time (AHT)
**Requirements**
To succeed as a Web Chat Representative, you'll need:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
* A confident and dedicated personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
