**Job Summary**
As a Weekend Customer Care Representative, you'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, providing phone and chat support to our customers. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to ensure their satisfaction. You'll also have the opportunity to work with our team to develop new ideas and processes to improve our customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional phone and chat support to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and provide personalized support
* Collaborate with our team to develop new ideas and processes to improve our customer experience
* Work independently to resolve complex customer issues and escalate to management as needed
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution (FCR), customer satisfaction (CSAT), and average handle time (AHT)
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer populations
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Proficiency in CRM software and other customer-facing technologies
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the lighting industry or a related field
* Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
