Your primary goal will be to help customers resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities:** * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email * Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner * Provide accurate and timely information to customers * Meet or exceed performance metrics and client expectations * Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives * Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends **Schedule and Flexibility** As an independent contractor, you'll have the flexibility to create a work schedule that suits your needs and lifestyle. The majority of work hours will be during weekdays and daytime, but you'll have the opportunity to work at times that are most convenient for you. **Earnings and Revenue** Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics. **Required Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care * Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills * Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor * Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset * Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software **Technology and Equipment Requirements** To ensure seamless connectivity and clear communication, you'll need: * A quiet and secure work environment during working hours * A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted) * A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication * High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed * A valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed * A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app **Work Environment Requirements** To maintain a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need: * A quiet, uninterrupted space * An organized desk area **Contractual Relationship** As an independent contractor, you'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us.
