Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic business partner to the Service Parts and Service teams, delivering clear, data-driven financial insights
- Develop and maintain real-time reporting tools and dashboards to support operational decision-making
- Lead the annual financial planning process and contribute to long-term strategic planning
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and evaluate strategic investments to enhance market competitiveness
- Own financial results for Power Systems North America and consolidate global results in collaboration with regional analysts
- Support budget and headcount planning for the Selling, Marketing & Unit Admin teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Continuously improving financial processes using benchmarking and best practices
- Lead or contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly
- Proficiency in financial planning, Microsoft reporting tools, and SAP business systems
- Ability to collaborate across functions and geographies
- Experience working in a global business environment is a plus
