Role Description Your impact: • Add content to the admin panel: working with video, photo, and audio files, text materials, and a workout builder. Perform final content review before publication. • Coordinate a remote team's work, form and assign tasks, ensure timely delivery and quality of results. • Manage the content population processes for the administrative platform, implement improvements, and optimize workflows. • Administer the database: collect, structure, and organize content; conduct regular audits of materials to maintain their relevance and accuracy. Qualifications • Experience working with admin panels (CMS) and content, understanding of builder logic. • Proficient in Google Sheets. • Strong communication and self-organization skills, ability to learn quickly and take initiative in finding process optimization solutions. • High focus and attention to detail. • Ability to work with large volumes of information and perform routine tasks with quality. • English proficiency at B2 level or higher, confident communication both verbally and in writing. Requirements • Experience with Figma, Dropbox, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for task management, media files, and documentation. • Experience in project and people management. • Interest in health, fitness, and an active lifestyle.
