As a Bilingual (Spanish) Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Fielding customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
* Connecting with customers to resolve their questions or concerns, and calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate, and responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, and providing feedback on call issues
* Meeting sales objectives as defined, and working independently in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
Qualifications

* Bilingual Spanish/English language skills
* A minimum of 6 months customer service experience
* Over 18 years of age
* Ability to type 25 wpm
* High School Graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer systems
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* 6 months Call Center experience, preferred
* Logical problem-solving skills
* Availability to work various shifts
* Ability to use Windows operating systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills
* 6 months sales experience minimum
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to stay composed and objective
* Strong listening skills
* Superior negotiating skills
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home, you will need:
* Internet Requirements:
+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 15.0 Mbps
+ Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps
+ ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
+ Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN
