**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Care Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Providing customers with accurate and timely information about our products and services
* Taking calls from customers and resolving their queries in a professional and courteous manner
* Identifying customer needs and preferences to deliver personalized solutions
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Maintaining accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and feedback
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (written and spoken)
* Ability to take 80-100 calls per day
* Flexible schedule to accommodate rotational shifts (9 hours) and work-from-home arrangements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
* 0-6 months of experience in customer service or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
* Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role
* Proficiency in typing (20 WPM or higher)
* Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools
