**Responsibilities & Expectations**
As a Customer Care Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Delivering superior customer service and customer experience through prompt and professional interactions with external and internal clients
* Responding to routine customer inquiries and requests via email, phone, or in-person, and transitioning service opportunities into referral or sales interactions
* Accurately processing financial transactions, including transfers, refunds, and other internal bank transactions, while minimizing risk exposure and maintaining quality production
* Collaborating with other departments to provide an enhanced customer experience and resolving customer concerns through effective communication and critical thinking
* Referencing or selling bank products and services to match customer needs, expand existing relationships, and drive revenue growth
* Demonstrating compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including Equity Bank Business Ethics and Conduct policy, Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Information Security, and Suspicious Activity Reporting requirements
* Maintaining a high degree of confidentiality, adhering to bank and retail operating procedures, and performing other duties as assigned or required
**Required Skills & Education**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution or related field
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
* Ability to analyze, investigate, and achieve results
* Computer proficiency in Windows-based systems
