Reports To: Inspections Manager
Summary:
Land Gorilla offers inspection services on construction projects to verify the project progress based on visual inspections from a qualified third party. The Inspection Support specialist manages a variety of competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment. They are responsible for managing inspection requests from clients, coordinating and scheduling inspection assignments, and ensuring inspection reports are delivered.
Primary Duties:
Assigns incoming orders to qualified independent inspection companies.
Monitors the status of orders, taking action as needed with stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of progress inspection orders.
Provides updates to clients and interacts with inspectors, as needed, through order delivery.
Meets quality and service level standards, and productivity targets
Consistently follows up on issues through resolution to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
Responsible for maintaining a positive client and vendor experience.
Ability to quickly identify and escalate issues when necessary
Use Land Gorilla’s proprietary software to manage steps in the workflow.
Assists with recruiting new inspectors

Work Schedule 9-6 pm EST

Compensation: range is $20-23/hour, Full-time
