About This Position
Our remote travel coordination department is continuing to grow, and we are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Itinerary Coordination Specialists. In this position, you'll assist travelers with organizing trip plans, managing reservation details, and helping ensure all travel arrangements are prepared accurately from beginning to end.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy assisting others, handling multiple tasks, and working independently in a flexible remote environment. Full onboarding, training, and ongoing mentorship are provided for all team members, including those new to the travel industry.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with vacation planning requests, travel schedules, and destination preferences
Coordinate travel arrangements such as accommodations, cruises, flights, transportation, tours, and activities
Review pricing, availability, and package options through approved supplier and booking systems
Help maintain organized itineraries, confirmations, and reservation updates
Communicate professionally through email, phone, and digital messaging platforms
Support clients with itinerary revisions, booking adjustments, and follow-up requests
Maintain detailed client records and accurate documentation within internal systems
Stay informed on supplier promotions, travel announcements, and destination information
Participate in remote onboarding sessions, training workshops, and development meetings
