About the Opportunity
Our expanding remote operations team is currently looking for motivated and detail-focused individuals to join us as Services Coordination Associates. In this role, you'll assist clients with organizing travel-related services, tracking reservation details, and helping ensure travel plans are handled efficiently from the initial planning stage through final confirmation.
This position is a great fit for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, organization, and working in a flexible remote environment. Individuals from customer service, hospitality, administrative support, retail, or scheduling backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Training, onboarding, and continued mentorship are provided.
Responsibilities
Support clients with trip planning requests, scheduling preferences, and travel-related questions
Assist with coordinating accommodations, cruises, transportation, flights, tours, excursions, and vacation packages
Review travel availability, pricing, and booking options through approved supplier platforms
Organize reservation records, itinerary details, and confirmation updates accurately
Communicate professionally with clients through phone, email, and online communication systems
Help manage itinerary revisions, booking changes, and follow-up assistance when needed
Maintain accurate client profiles and organized records within company systems
Stay informed on supplier updates, destination information, and promotional travel offers
Participate in remote onboarding sessions, virtual training programs, and ongoing team development

Ability to work independently while handling multiple responsibilities remotely
