We're seeking a seasoned Lead Customer Service Representative to join our Residential CSR Team and help drive growth in our Residential Department. As a Lead Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, handling customer complaints, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. You'll lead by example, motivating and guiding your team to achieve exceptional results. With a strong focus on growth and development, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters collaboration, creativity, and innovation. **Key Responsibilities** As a Lead Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Supervising our Residential CSR Team, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service * Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Maintaining a positive team atmosphere, promoting a culture of collaboration and respect * Managing daily tasks and responsibilities, including maintaining our customer database, making daily outbound phone calls, and routing technicians based on location * Collaborating with our Residential Department to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction * Providing feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance and achieve goals * Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 5+ years of experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service * Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers, team members, and management * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork * Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia * Ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan) * Strong typing skills, with the ability to type 70 wpm **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: * HVAC/Plumbing knowledge or experience in a related field * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Service Titan * Certification in customer service or a related field **Benefits and Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment that fosters growth and development. Our office is located in Chantilly, VA.
