**Job Description**
We're seeking an experienced Accounting Data Entry and Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a direct-hire, full-time position that requires a person able to handle high-volume data entry, including wire processing, and other financial management tasks.
**Responsibilities**
As an Accounting Data Entry and Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Daily and periodic reporting
* On-line banking
* Trust accounting (receipts, voids, stop pays)
* Bank wire process
* Accounts Payable
* Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Strong computer skills and aptitude
* Strong verbal, written, and email communication skills
* Ability to perform well under heavy workload and strict deadlines
* Focus on Customer/Co-Employee Service
* Team player with sound organizational skills
* Self-starter with attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
