**Job Summary**
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for scheduling and coordinating maintenance appointments across seven locations while providing top-tier customer service. This role involves compiling and organizing customer lists, proactively calling customers to schedule maintenance, upselling services and products, and acting as a key communication point between customers, technicians, and the service manager.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Compile and organize customer lists, grouping by geographic area
* Make outbound calls to schedule maintenance appointments and promote services
* Manage incoming customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
* Optimize technician schedules across seven locations to ensure efficiency
* Upsell maintenance plans, products, and additional services
* Act as the primary contact for technicians, directing them as needed
* Work directly with the service manager to ensure smooth operations
**Qualifications & Skills**
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and manage schedules across multiple locations
* Experience with scheduling software (ServiceTitan or similar preferred)
* Prior experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical customer service is a plus
* Ability to upsell services and build strong customer relationships
**Essential Qualifications**
* 3 years of experience in a call center environment
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
* Proficiency in scheduling software and other technical tools
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 2 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical customer service
* Experience with ServiceTitan or similar scheduling software
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
