Job Description:
• Manage a portfolio of core accounts
• Proactively solving client issues and identifying new opportunities
• Negotiating contracts, incentives, and pricing agreements
• Ensuring compliance with current business practices and evolving processes
• Partner internally and externally to identify additional business opportunities
• Maintain and grow relationships to expand new business value
• Participates in external industry events to increase business and improve brand awareness
• Actively identifies, manages, and escalates risks or issues impacting customers
• Implements and supports internal cross-functional initiatives
Requirements:
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
• At least 4 years of business development, sales, strategy or relationship management experience within the financial services or payments industry
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Marketing preferred
• 5+ years of business development, sales, strategy or relationship management experience within the financial services or payments industry preferred
