Role Overview
Join the dedicated team at Lucid Center for Mental Health as a Licensed Family Therapist, where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of families and individuals. This full-time, remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while still contributing to our outpatient office's mission of providing exceptional mental health care.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families through virtual sessions.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure integrated care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills.
Required Qualifications
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Wyoming.
• Proven experience in providing therapy to families and individuals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
